Ginger, Cranberry & Mint infused water recipe by Infruition

 

INGREDIENTS: 2cm ginger piece chopped, 150ml of cranberry juice, 2 mint leaves

BOTTLES: 2-3

METHOD: Line the chamber with the crushed mint and top with the ginger, you don’t need much to pack a punch. Add the cranberry juice to the bottle, and top with water. You could use spring water for some added fizz.

Ginger is a natural pain reliever and healing agent, so it can help soothe those sore muscles after an intense workout. The cranberry adds a vibrant twist and turns the water a pretty pink,  as well as being renowned for cleansing the digestive and urinary tract.
